Virtual Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a science-backed, guided rest practice that supports nervous-system regulation and deep restoration. Practiced lying down, it gently leads you into a state between waking and sleep - often leaving people feeling deeply rested. These sessions are taught virtually, so you can practice from home and rest as long as you need.

*Wear comfy clothes
*Utilize pillows, bolsters, and blankets
*Fuzzy socks, eye mask, or anything cozy is encouraged
*Practice lying down in a quiet, comfortable space - ideally bed
